On his Sunday night radio show on KGO, Dr. Bill Wattenburg had an interesting
idea on how to use a lottery to provide cover for anonymous informants in Iraq.
Seems like a relatively inexpensive experiment. But, as often happens, egos might be resistant to adoption.
